1. What is the minimum number of Cisco Umbrella, licences I can buy?

Cisco requires the purchase of a minimum of 10 Cisco Umbrella Insights licenses to create an individual Customer account in the Cisco Umbrella service.

2. What devices are protected by

All devices connected to the protected corporate network in the office are protected. Protection takes place at the level of DNS queries that must be redirected to the Cisco Umbrella DNS service (208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220).

Outside the office, you can take advantage of protecting your laptops with the help of a Cisco Umbrella agent installed on the MAC OS or Windows operating system.

3. What if I change my mind or the product does not meet my expectations?

According to the store’s regulations, you can opt out of the Cisco Umbrella protection service at any time. Write us an unsubscribe email or cancel an order in the store. Payments for subsequent months will not be charged and your Cisco account will be deleted.
